Blue Rock Review

Welcome to the Blue Rock Review

The Blue Rock Review is an annual journal of visual art, essays, poetry, and interviews about the creative process. Each year we set a theme and send an artists “call” to an ever-increasing creative circle. Our readership is expanding, too, into many disciplines, traditions, and professions. Our goal is to affirm the value of the creative life and to provoke and inspire conversation toward that end.

Our sixth volume, SIGNS, was launched at Blue Rock Artist Ranch and Studio on November 27, 2010. Featured artists include Sam Baker, Jon Dee Graham, Jimmy Webb, Bill Worrell, David Wilcox, Natalia Zukerman, James Ragan, Russell Lee, Kate Breakey, Tom Kimmell, Alan Berecka, Reed Arvin, Sally Barris, Alan Birkelbach, Karla K. Morton, Gretchen Peters, Anne Rapp, Danny Schmidt, Steven Schroeder, Larry D. Thomas, Emily Tracy, John Wirfs, Gary L. Blumenstein, Heather Carter, Bob Gentry, Paula Lemmon, and Deborah Green.
